Paddy Sowing Ceremony at Ericad Padasekharam, Puthupally, Kottayam

TIES Farmer Producer Company (TIES FPC) is pleased to announce the commencement of paddy cultivation at Ericad Padasekharam, Puthuppally. This initiative aligns with our core mandate of promoting fallow land cultivation, addressing the unique socio-economic and ecological challenges currently facing Kerala.

As our inaugural paddy polder project, this venture represents a significant step toward agricultural restoration and food security. We are introducing the 'Punya' rice variety, developed by KVK Kumarakom, which will be sown using advanced seed drum technology to ensure precision and efficiency.

The sowing ceremony is scheduled for December 22, 2025. We cordially invite all stakeholders, well-wishers, and members of the community to witness this milestone.
